Originating in Noosa, they’ve infused Australian beach vibes into American-style burgers and desserts, and the result is something truly special. What makes Betty’s so special?
The burgers at Betty’s might look simple, but the effort that goes in behind the scenes to ensure every bite is memorable is nothing less than extraordinary. All our sauces are made to our secret recipes on site daily, the lettuce is stored specifically standing upright to ensure the edges stay green and crisp, and our buns are a specific milk bun also made to a Betty’s specific recipe. The hero of any burger is the patty which is why we put so much emphasis on our patties. The patty recipe is no mistake, it took us months of testing before we even opened to ensure that they are one of…if not the best burgers on the Australian market.

When our guests from interstate kept requesting we do so.
What are the hero items on your menu?
You can’t go past our original Betty’s Classic. It is so simple but at the same time so good. When you are a little more hungry we would suggest you try our Betty’s Classic Stack, that combines our classic with our shroom burger that has our fried mushroom filled with melted Gouda and Gruyere cheese.
Can you tell us more about Betty’s ‘concretes’?
Concretes are our unique desserts. They consist of our original recipe vanilla or chocolate frozen custard ice cream made on site daily. Our frozen custard is blended at a high speed with a variety of sweet treats mix-ins. You can choose from New York cheesecake, salted caramel sauce, cookie dough, classic brownie, almond toffee and a huge list of other mix-ins.
How has food delivery changed the industry for you?
It allows us to give guests the option of having Betty’s in the comfort of their own home. As the delivery market continues to grow we will continue to adapt whilst still ensuring we stay true to our values of exceptional guest service and fresh quality ingredients.
What does the future hold for Betty’s Burgers? What is the direction you’ll be taking?
We will continue to produce our fresh menu and look at ways of innovating our products to ensure we stay a crowd favourite. It is critical that every guest leaves our restaurants content and wanting to return, our guests will always be our number one focus. Betty’s will also look at opportunities to expand into new markets and offer the Betty’s experience to more Australians.
